When registering a copyright, the following steps must be taken:

The registrar should receive an application with all of the required information and the statement of the details on Form 4 along with the appropriate fees. The act’s Schedule 2 mentions this. A separate application can also be submitted for distinct works; the government has provided a list of these works. Each application must be signed by the applicant. In addition, they must obtain a signed POA. The registrar will then issue a dairy number, and any objections must be submitted within 30 days. If no objections are submitted, the scrutinizer will determine whether the application is flawed. Additionally, the registration will be carried out correctly if no corrections are made. Additionally, if the examiner discovers a copyright objection, he or she will send a letter to both parties and hold a hearing. After the hearing, the objections will be resolved, and the applicant will examine the application and approve it.
